How it works
- You orderEnter your address at checkout and pick a delivery option. You’ll get a confirmation email.
- We packOrders are packed within 1–2 working days once your payment is confirmed. Priority orders go first.
- It’s on the wayWe email you the tracking reference as soon as the courier has your parcel.
- DeliveredTo your door, or an SMS with your PIN when it’s ready at your locker.
Collecting from a locker
- Choose one of the three lockers nearest to your address at checkout — we show how far each one is.
- When your parcel arrives you’ll get an SMS with a one-time PIN.
- Enter the PIN on the locker screen, the door opens, and your parcel is yours.
- Lockers are in malls, garages and shops, so you can collect on your way.
Good to know
- Delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- We deliver within South Africa only for now.
- Please give a phone number the courier can reach you on, and add gate codes in the order notes.

Delivery questions
How much is delivery?
Most addresses get free door-to-door delivery. If door delivery to your area is further, you can collect free from a TCG locker near you, or choose door delivery for R60.00. Priority Delivery is R109.00. You’ll see your exact options at checkout once you enter your address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days and Priority Delivery takes 3–5 working days.
How does locker collection work?
Choose one of the three lockers nearest to you at checkout. When your parcel arrives you’ll get an SMS with a PIN — enter it at the locker screen and your door opens. Lockers are in malls, garages and shops, so you can collect when it suits you.
How do I track my order?
